About Thayum Naanum

Our Vision

At Thayum Naanum, we envision a world where every woman feels deeply supported, nourished, and seen — whether she’s nurturing new life, healing after birth, or simply caring for herself.

Rooted in tradition and delivered with love, our meals are more than food — they are emotional nourishment, ancestral wisdom, and a quiet reminder that she’s not alone.

Through every phase of womanhood, we’re here to hold her, feed her, and walk beside her — just like a mother would.

Our Mission

Our mission at Thayum Naanum is to bring back the nurturing essence of traditional, home-cooked meals for women at every stage of life — from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum healing and everyday wellness.

We are committed to:
🌿 Using time-honored recipes rooted in Indian tradition
🌿 Prioritizing nutrition that heals, strengthens, and comforts
🌿 Supporting women who may not have a support system — with the love of a mother in every bite
🌿 Creating a safe space where women feel seen, heard, and nourished — body and soul

Every meal we craft is a quiet act of care — a reminder that she deserves to be nurtured too.

Our Founder

Akshaya Anjan

Akshaya Anjan, the founder of Thayum Naanum, is an house wife turned into passionate entrepreneur, a devoted mother of two, and a woman with a deep purpose — to serve, nourish, and uplift.

Her love for good food and her personal journey through motherhood inspired her to create a space where every woman feels cared for, supported, and deeply nourished. Having experienced the silent challenges that women face — especially in nuclear families with limited support — Akshaya envisioned Thayum Naanum as more than just a kitchen. It is her way of giving back the love, warmth, and strength that every woman deserves.

With every meal, she brings not only tradition and nutrition but also a mother’s silent promise — “You’re not alone.”
