• No refunds will be issued for any meal plan once the order has been placed and payment completed.
• In case of a genuine delivery failure or incorrect meal (verified by our team), we may offer compensation in the form of credits or a replacement meal at our discretion.

3. Modifications
• You may request a change in delivery address or meal timing up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• We do not accommodate last-minute changes or same-day requests.
