Book Your Nutritionist Appointment

At Thayum Naanum, every meal plan begins with you — your body, your journey, your needs.

To ensure that we provide the right nutritional support for your phase of life, we begin with a one-on-one consultation with our certified nutritionist. This helps us understand your current health, lifestyle, and preferences so we can curate a personalized meal experience just for you.

What You’ll Need to Do:

1.    Fill Out a Simple Intake Form
Share your basic health information, dietary preferences, lifestyle details, and the life stage you’re in (e.g. pregnancy, postpartum, PCOD, IVF support, etc.).

    2.    Book Your Appointment Slot
Choose a convenient time from the available slots. Once booked, our team will reach out to confirm your appointment and guide you through the process.

    3.    Connect With Our Nutritionist
During the scheduled consultation (online or phone), our expert will assess your needs and create a personalized, supportive meal plan just for you.

Why This Step Matters:

Every woman’s journey is different — and your food should reflect that. This consultation ensures that your meals are:

   •    Tailored to your body’s current needs
   •    Designed to complement your lifestyle
   •    Rooted in traditional wisdom, backed by modern nutritional insights

It all starts with a conversation — because we’re here to listen, understand, and nourish you with intention.

At Thayum Naanum, we are committed to supporting women through various phases of their health journey — including PCOD, fertility treatments, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and general hormonal wellness — through thoughtfully prepared, traditional meals.

However, please note the following:

1. Not a Cure or Medical Substitute

The meals and support we provide are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our offerings are designed as an additional layer of nourishment and care, not a replacement for medical treatment, medication, or professional healthcare advice.

2. Personalized Meal Plans with Expert Guidance

Every client is onboarded through a mandatory nutritional consultation with a certified professional. During this process, we collect detailed health information, including:

• Medical history

• Allergies or food intolerances

• Stage of life and specific nutritional goals

Your meal plan is curated only after this assessment to ensure your unique needs are respected and safely addressed.

3. Client Responsibility

Our meal plans are designed as part of a controlled and intentional dietary routine. If clients choose to consume external food (including restaurant food, processed snacks, or foods not aligned with the prescribed plan), we cannot be held liable for any adverse effects or health concerns that may arise.

4. Allergy & Intolerance Disclaimer

While we take every measure to note down allergies and food sensitivities during onboarding, it is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known allergies or intolerances at the time of consultation. Thayum Naanum will not be responsible for reactions due to undisclosed medical or dietary information.
